1. Shipping and Fulfillment
1.1. ZLKJ Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "we") processes and fulfills all orders using international small package courier services, primarily using carriers such as DHL, USPS, and other similar international courier service providers.
1.2. Order processing time typically takes 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and US statutory holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
1.3. Any estimated delivery date provided by us is only an estimate and not a guarantee. Actual shipping time may vary due to the carrier, customs procedures in the destination country, and other factors beyond our control.
2. Shipping Areas and Restrictions
2.1. We ship products to the U.S. and international addresses you specify during the checkout process using selected international small package courier services.
2.2. Please note that some international addresses may not be available due to import restrictions, regulations, or the carrier's service area in the destination country. If this occurs, we will contact you via email.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1. Shipping costs depend on the weight, size, selected shipping service level, and shipping destination of your order. Final shipping costs will be clearly displayed and paid by you during checkout.
3.2. For international orders, any import taxes, duties, customs fees, and other related charges you may be responsible for are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please confirm potential charges with your local customs office before ordering.
4. Order Tracking
4.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a valid tracking number and a tracking link.
4.2. You can use this tracking number to track the status and location of your order through the official website of the shipping carrier (such as DHL or USPS).
5. Shipping Damage, Loss, and Delivery Issues
5.1. We do our best to ensure that orders are properly packaged and shipped on time. However, we are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or delayed during shipment due to carrier incursions. 5.2. If you discover your package is damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier immediately and file a claim. 5.3. If the shipping information indicates your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with your neighbors or property management. If you still can't find it, please contact the local carrier's office immediately. Please also notify us through our customer service email address so we can provide necessary assistance.
6. Returns and Refunds (Logistics-Related)
6.1. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed procedures. If a return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the wrong item was shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
6.2. Returns due to other reasons (e.g., a change of mind) are the customer's responsibility. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
6.3. Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
